About Seth

At his core, Seth nourishes a curious exploration of authentic human beingness, and is committed to helping others live life fully with few (if any) regrets. By traditional training modalities, Seth holds degrees from Duke University and from Cornell University, and over ten years of advanced training in Depth Psychology & Group Process with the International Institute for Humanistic Studies. He has served on the faculty with Cornell University, the Institute for Transpersonal Psychology, the California School for Professional Psychology/Alliant International University, and with the California Institute of Integral Studies (CIIS), and has over 20 years of experience leading grant-funded empirical research projects, equity-focused team building, and transformational leadership in Academia and Public Health.
In parallel to his intellectual pursuits, Seth has long been sitting in and holding sacred ceremonial space for spiritual witnessing, healing, awakening, and personal growth. As a trans man by lived experience, he deeply understands how the external environment can (and often does) have a profound impact on one’s life; but, with unwavering commitments to fierce self love and to live life fully and unapologetically true to the calling in his heart, Seth learned how to listen acutely and dance to the song of his soul through all the noise.
Seth offers both secular coaching and spiritual guidance to those who are in need of support during times of transformation or feeling stuck but know that change is necessary. His offerings for individuals and small groups support accessing our inner wisdom and collective spirit, while providing a strong and nourishing container to increase self love, reduce stress, and to quiet the inner critic.
